Participants are invited to bring a personal object to present in the pavilion as part of a site-specific display. Sharing its story, they explore the entanglement of place, identity and memory by drawing and photographing it as if it belonged there.

Sharing its story, they explore the entanglement of place, identity and memory by drawing and photographing it as if it belonged there. The workshop is open to anyone who wants to try something creative and brings an open mind.
Ute Heuer is an artist and Professor of Painting at Hochschule Hannover. Her work explores the interaction between image, space and narrative, engaging painting, installation and experimental design..Across exhibitions and teaching, she investigates how material and visual practices reconfigure spatial perception and evoke layered temporalities. Heuer has exhibited widely in Germany and internationally and received numerous awards and scholarships, including the Art Prize of the Orangerie Darmstadt, the Niedersächsisches Jahrstipendium, the PWC Future Award and the SPD Award of Lower Saxony.
