Food, culture and community

We’re championing health and wellbeing through food and community. Eating well is about more than just nutrition, it’s about connection, culture, and confidence in the kitchen.

Wandsworth is home to many fabulous foodie spots and we want to make it easy to explore what’s on offer, encourage people to try something they’ve never tried before and understand each other better by connecting through our shared love of a great meal.

A colourful collage celebrating East and South-East Asian culture and heritage. It features a diverse group of adults sitting together, a silhouette of Asia against a large orange sun, hanging Chinese lanterns, traditional food and tableware, vintage family photographs, a bustling lantern-lined street, tropical flowers and foliage, and hands writing in a notebook. In the foreground, an open journal with a hand writing is surrounded by bold navy, teal and orange brushstrokes. The combination of people, photographs, objects and handwritten pages conveys themes of storytelling, memories, cultural traditions, identity, belonging and community.
