Inspired by this year's theme, Honouring Our Communities, the tour celebrates the people, businesses and food traditions that have helped shape Tooting's rich cultural identity.
Led by Geoff Simmons (Planet Tooting) and Chantelle Bent (Chantelle's Community Kitchen), you'll visit a range of local restaurants, bakeries, cafés and food businesses, including Kimmie's Jerk Joint, Chagos Bar, ENU Ethiopian and Eritrean Kitchen, Kenkey, Sunyani, Sunshine, Minerva, Ital Vital and Mixed Blessings Bakery.
Meet the chefs, cooks and business owners behind these much-loved establishments and hear stories of heritage, tradition and entrepreneurship. Along the way, enjoy tasters including oxtail, jerk chicken, rice and peas, Guinness punch, patties, Ital soup, wings, fritters and more.
