Doghouse Distillery

Doghouse Distillery is an independent multi-category 'grain-to-bottle' distillery, established in Battersea, with their first spirit entering the market in 2018. Doghouse make exceptional spirits all "from scratch" using 100% English grain sourced from Norfolk, including vodka, gin, aperitivo and whisky. They are all about shining a light on and supporting British Farmers. Their state-of-the-art facility features a 21m copper rectification column and a 1500L copper pot still. Their whisky was released in March 2025 and is the first ever American style corn whisky to be made in London and Doghouse is one of only two distilleries currently making whisky from scratch in London. Doghouse although primarily a production facility, also offer immersive distillery tours showcasing their grain-to-bottle process, exclusive distillery evenings with tastings and live music, and fun summer mini-festivals. It is also available for private hire for tours, events or corporate parties.
