The gentle movement eases you into the world of Mindful Water Calligraphy and, following the guidance of Ms Carry, you will explore this ancient art and learn the beauty of brush strokes. It leaves you feeling refreshed and relaxed. At the end of the session, you will do some gentle stretches before taking part in some tea tasting.
