Join Step Into Identity, a 2-day sneaker customisation workshop where young people explore self-expression, build confidence, and create their own branded sneakers in a supportive, empowering environment.
‘Step Into Identity’ (SII) is a 2-day sneaker customisation workshop for 11-16-year-olds, combining creativity with personal growth. Participants plan, design, and hand-paint their own branded sneakers while exploring self-expression, identity, and personal values.
Through hands-on practice and reflective discussions, young people build confidence, patience, problem-solving skills, and positive peer connections.
Session 1 covers planning, shoe prep, and first-coat painting. Session 2 focuses on detailing, finishing, and presenting their completed sneakers, encouraging reflection on their journey. Limited to 8-10 participants, the workshop is inclusive and especially welcoming to those with limited access to creative opportunities.
