Heart & Lungs Singing Group - National Lottery Open Day
Heart & Lungs Singing Group, a choir for people with health-related breathing difficulties, is offering a FREE Open Day on 12th March as part of the National Lottery Open Week. Come and discover how singing can support your breathing & wellbeing!
Join in our inclusive, fun and friendly singing session for people with health-related breathing difficulties such as COPD, asthma and heart conditions. Arrive 1.45pm for 2–3.15pm singing, followed by free refreshments and a chance to ask questions.
Led by a professional singing leader, the session includes gentle breathing exercises and uplifting songs. Research shows that singing strengthens breathing, supports diaphragm control and boosts wellbeing, confidence and connection.
One National Lottery ticket or scratchcard gives FREE entry for one adult plus a carer if needed. No experience needed – join in or just listen. Wheelchair accessible.
