Focus Hall Launch and Creative Health Day

Join us at Focus Hall for a free Creative Health Day filled with hands-on activities to help you feel better, connect and have fun. Try creative sessions and meet community groups. Ribbon cutting at 2pm. After school activities 3pm-4.30pm.
Creative Health Day at Focus Hall offers a free programme of creative and wellbeing activities for the community.
Confirmed so far:
- Women’s chair yoga (9.30am)
- Mixed chair yoga (10am)
- Bunting making all day
- Exhibition space and local organisation stalls throughout
- Journalling for Wellbeing workshop
- Refreshments
- Ribbon cutting (2pm)
