Get ready to dive into Maslenitsa, an Eastern European traditional celebration saying goodbye to winter and welcoming in spring!

Some parts of it aren't dissimilar from Shrove Tuesday, so if you haven't heard of it before, think pancakes and creative activities. Join us in person for dance performances, food, music, free family workshops and talks by artists from across the former Eastern Bloc.

Friday 20 March 6-8pm: creative networking and exhibition.

Friday 21 March 10-6pm: drop-in family workshops, talks, music and dance performances, and food from across the former Eastern Bloc.

Friday 22 March 12-4pm: drop-in family workshops, talks, music and dance performances, and food from across the former Eastern Bloc.

The festival is free to attend and open to all ages! The event will take place at Drop-In Cowering at the RAM Quarter in Wandsworth, opposite Southside Shopping Centre.
