Kambala Creative Health & Wellbeing Centre

The Kambala Hub is a community hall in Battersea (SW11), run by Kambala Community Alliance CIC as part of our Creative Health & Wellbeing Hub in the Winstanley neighbourhood.

The main hall seats up to 39 people with 7 tables, and comes with kitchen access including a free hot water urn — a projector is also available for hire (£5). We also have an outside area with 5 tables and 12 chairs.

We host a regular programme of classes including zumba, flamenco, homework club, pilates, fitness, and singing and art and craft sessions, alongside private hires for workshops, rehearsals, parties, and meetings. We're happy to work with creatives looking for a flexible, welcoming space to run their own sessions. The hall is only 7 minutes walk from Clapham Junction train station, and just 2 minutes walk from bus stop 344, 345, 319, 44, 49, 345, 170.

Our hire costs

Community rate: £15/hour Private hire: £20/hour Corporate: £30/hour Bookings charged in full-hour blocks Additional charges: Kitchen / cooker surcharge: £5 per session Projector hire: £5 per session Storage: £5/week Deposits: Standard refundable deposit: £30 Party bookings: £50 security deposit Payment: required 14 days in advance of booking

Our hire policy

Payment is required 14 days in advance of the booking Please use your invoice number as the payment reference Deposits are rolling and refunded in full when you permanently cease using the space, subject to meeting the terms of hire Leave the space clean and tidy after use for the other group using the venue after you.

Our cancellation policy

Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice may result in loss of the deposit
