The event will start with a special interview with Ainsley Harriott TV chef, author and Wandsworth resident. Ainsley will share stories of the cultural influence that inspired his cooking style and career. You can order a copy of Ainsley Harriott’s book, and the first 50 copies will be pre-signed and waiting for you on the night – Don’t miss out!
Followed on by an inspiring panel discussion with some of the leading voices shaping the future of African Caribbean food across the UK.
An evening of entertainment and opportunities to taste from local food businesses.
