Across the week, your children will develop the following:

• Fine motor skills and dexterity, teamwork work & cooperation, listening skills, following instructions, observation, social skills and making friends. • Learning: Kitchen and food safety, food hygiene and nutrition. Procedures that prevent food contamination and maintain a safe and healthy kitchen environment.

Day 1:
Fried dumplings, Callaloo (V) & Caribbean Cod fish (VO), plantain
Take-home: Full meal African- Caribbean lunch box

Day 2:
Jerk Chicken/Fish & Seasoned rice (VO)
Vegetables in Jerk sauce (V)
Take-home: Full meal Caribbean lunch box

Day 3:
Spiced burger, burger sauce & spiced Wedges
Spiced fish Burger, burger sauce & Spiced potato wedges (VO)
Spiced vegetable burger, burger sauce & Spiced potato wedges (V)

Take-home: Healthy, homemade African-Caribbean-inspired fast-food alternative.
Children receive certificates and give a brief presentation. Parents invited to the presentation.
