Saira Niazi

I love the countless hidden gems that exist in Wandsworth and the people that render these spaces special. My favourite places include Tooting Market, the Sewing Machine Museum, the Granada, Battersea Arts Centre and the many incredible libraries.
I'm a Tooting-based writer, renegade guide and founder of the Living London project. I connect up hidden gems and bring them to life through storytelling and anecdotes of people and places. I also lead workshops on tour creation enabling communities to share the stories that matter to them. I've been leading walks for more than 10 years, and have worked in co-production with groups across Wandsworth and beyond.
