The Winstanley Past, Present and Future Festival
A month-long celebration showcasing the unique history, culture and talents of the Winstanley and York Road estates.
From 13 June - 13 July 2025, the Winstanley neighbourhood travelled back in time with a programme of historical walks and cultural storytelling, exploring the fascinating history of the estates. A showcase of talented local artists and performers shone a spotlight on the Winstanley and York Road estates today. And a series of workshops invited residents to look towards the future.
The Winstanley Past, Present and Future Festival celebrated the positive contributions of residents, businesses and community groups, offering the chance to connect, share stories and build collective pride in this evolving neighbourhood.
