Wandsworth Black Heritage Voices is a free community storytelling and oral history project celebrating African and Caribbean heritage in Battersea and Wandsworth. It offers a warm, respectful space for adults, elders, families and community members to share memories of family, migration, identity, culture, faith, food, music and community life.
Participants can join group storytelling, guided conversation, short oral history recordings, written reflections or come to listen and connect, with the final sharing/display on 11 November 2026.
No experience is needed. Free entry. Limited places. Book via Eventbrite.
