On Wednesday 18th June 2025, primary schools from across Wandsworth came together at Putney Arts Theatre for a truly spectacular WAF Schools Theatre Showcase.
Pupils demonstrated their skills and talent through a range of performances that celebrated the importance of creativity, arts and heritage for health and well-being. There were two separate performances on the day, with participating schools performing in the afternoon or evening to showcase their creative projects. This included original works created with Wandsworth-based Group 64 and Bounce Theatre, as well as poetry, spoken word, musical theatre and magic. These valuable performance opportunities were many young people's first public performances.
