Join a warm and welcoming women’s creative club exploring textiles, stitching, weaving, and mindful art-making in a relaxed community space where you can create freely, connect with others, and enjoy a slower pace together.

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Friday Women’s Club at Battersea Arts Centre, led by textile artist Tiah Algalarrondo. These weekly sessions offer a gentle community space where women can slow down, create freely, share ideas, and enjoy time together through art and conversation.

This week we’ll be exploring tactile weaving and textile art using fabric scraps, beads, yarns, threads, and found materials. You are also welcome to continue last week’s “Threads of Me” activity, where participants created personal textile pieces using stencils, fabric markers, embroidery, and bead stitching.

Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced creative, or simply looking for company and a calm atmosphere, you are warmly welcome. You can join the guided activity, bring your own creative project, or simply enjoy the space with a warm drink.

All materials and refreshments are provided. Donations help cover materials and support the continuation of these sessions.
