Artist Biography
Allan Boulter (b.1940) Born in Reading, Berkshire, Allan Boulter is a British painter, draughtsman, and lino-cut artist. He studied at Willesden and Harrow Art Schools before earning his certificate from the Royal Academy Schools in the early 1960s, where he was taught by Charles Mahoney. Boulter received three David Murray Scholarships, which took him to London, Cornwall, and Aix-en-Provence. His career includes solo and group exhibitions across the UK.
