Battersea Jazz Festival: Daniele Gorgone Trio

An energetic and brilliant pianist, he is among the jazz musicians who care most about the sense of tradition and American jazz culture in Italy. Daniele's trio is rooted in the most pure tradition, but at the same time it exists and lives in the present, keeping an eye on everything that happens artistically in the present day. The trio reflects the shared experiences, personalities and the interplay of the three musicians. Repertoire consists of original tunes and arrangements of jazz standards.
