Angele Lautier
Angele Lautier is a multidisciplinary artist whose practice embodies thought-provoking visual storytelling.
Inspired by her Maltese heritage, she explores her roots and identity through the island’s long history of colonisation. Embedded in her practice is her deep fascination with phenomenology and human interaction. She creates immersive installations and artworks as a method to launch an open dialogic setting. It encourages discourse that transcends traditional mediums and unites individuals in shared exploration. Lautier’s oeuvre explores themes of motherhood, humanity, and migration.
