Schools Summer Showcases

This year, we have three summer showcases to celebrate theatre and spoken word, music and dance. All showcases are taking place during Wandsworth Arts Fringe in June at key cultural venues across the borough; Royal Academy of Dance, Wandsworth Civic Suite and Putney Arts Theatre. 

Selected schools will take part in a range of creative projects with local arts partners to develop skills in music, dance, visual art and theatre. Pupils will create original works which will then be showcased at the main events in June. These valuable performance opportunities will be for many young people their first public performance.

In addition, we will be celebrating visual art by showcasing primary schools' artworks on banners outside the Town Hall during WAF and into the summer holidays.
