Creative Schools and Education

Find out more about the different projects available for your school here and make sure you are signed up to the creative schools newsletter for all the latest news and opportunities.

Our creative schools and education programme for London Borough of Culture will engage students at primary, secondary and special schools, as well as sixth form colleges and higher education settings, to ensure that every young person and teacher in Wandsworth have the opportunity to take part in creative projects and celebrate arts, culture and heritage.

Projects will cover a wide range of creative subjects and skills, and will connect young people with local organisations, creative leaders and artists, helping to build pathways and support career development. A varied CPD programme for educators will ensure creativity and the arts are embedded in the classroom across all subjects. By focussing on and celebrating cultural heritage and youth voice, the schools programme for London Borough of Culture will advocate for expanded arts education in schools and highlight the value of creativity for improved health and wellbeing.
