Here's how to submit your event to our Welcome to Wandsworth What's On page.
1. Login into your Creative Account > Account Dashboard > My Creative Profiles > 'Add new individual creative profile'
Add your name and contact details. If you have a website or social channels that are part of your practice, add these too!
2. Tell us about yourself!
Tell us about your creative practice and the services you offer. What kind of artist are you? What does your work look like? Try to make this as clear as possible, so anyone reading would immediately know what you do!
3. Select your artforms, activities and audience.
Be selective with your art forms and audiences. For example if you are a dance school, only select 'Dance' and 'Education' as your artforms, and if you work in youth theatre select 'Young People 13 - 17' as your audience.
4. Add images or videos
Your main image will be the main one people see when they view your profile. This could be a photo of you performing or working, or the logo for your organisation. Any 'additional images' will be visible when people click on your profile.
- Your images need to be 2MB or less, a maximum of 1600 pixels wide x 1200 pixels high, and in landscape format, so you may need to resize your images. You can use any built-in image editor on your computer or an online tool like ImageResizer or TheImageResizer.
- Note: your image will be cropped slightly so your logo may not display fully.
5. Optional - Tell us what you love about Wandsworth
Here you can share what living in Wandsworth means to you. What do you love about the borough? Why is it special to be an artist here?
6. Submit your Creative Profile
Once you've filled out all the mandatory fields on the form, you can click Submit Creative Profile. If you haven't submitted all the mandatory fields, these will be highlighted. Once you've submitted your profile, we aim to publish it in seven days.
