If you would like to book an event in a park or open place, please contact Arts Programme Manager Lelia Greci on lgreci@enablelc.org with an event proposal before you make an application on the Events online application system. The Events Team must receive the application at least 3 months in advance of the proposed event date. Larger events may require at least 10 to 12 months notice. Please make sure you include cleaning costs as part of your event budget;
