This watercolour depicts a small classical-style structure, likely a mausoleum in the centre of the composition. It is painted in a delicate manner, with fine details. The structure is rectangular and elevated by three steps, with a prominent pediment roof supported by four Doric columns. The entrance is flamed by two additional pillars flanking a central doorway. The building appears to be constructed of white stone of marble. the central doorway is rectangular and framed by a single moulding. It features a wooden door with a lattice upper.

The structure is surrounded by lush greenery, with trees and Shrubs visible on either side.
