Experienced educationalists Janet Robertson and Sylvena Morrison (BA Hons, NPQH) will provide an interactive and inclusive session and practical cooking sessions with participants, explore everything from nutrition basics to international cuisine, including traditional African Caribbean favourites. All dietary needs and requirements are planned and catered for.
