Siege is the story of a group of British soldiers who descend on a Bengali village in the early 20th century

The villagers are accused of harboring a spy. When the spy can’t be found, the British officers resort to a hideous tactic: each day, one Hindu villager is chosen and forced to either reveal information about the spy or kill one of their own cows. Secrets are revealed, affairs are discovered, and families are torn asunder in this dark comedy about warfare and the British empire. Featuring Special Guest: Anjeli Chapman Wolf
