Nature. Connected. Creative.

Look. Listen. Discover.

Date
Thu 19 - Fri 20 Jun 2025
Look.Listen.Discover. Have you ever wanted to spend a slower more awe inspiring time in nature? No camera is required—just a willingness to observe, reflect, and engage with the present moment. Our time together will include: - Awe Walk – A mindful journey through nature, cultivating wonder and presence. - Photography for Transformation – Using photography as a means of self-reflection and creative expression. - Sound Healing in Nature – Tuning into the natural soundscape and gentle sound healing practices to restore balance. - Journaling & Reflection – A space to share insights, thoughts, and creative discoveries as a group. This is an opportunity to slow down, engage your senses, and experience the world with fresh eyes. Previous participants have said these walks are: ‘Very beneficial mentally and physically calming’ ‘Refreshing, sensory & recharged’ ‘Welcoming, encouraging and restorative’ ‘I liked the combination of sound and visuals. I thought this was very original and well designed’ ‘I do feel reconnected to urban nature in a way I hadn't anticipated’ All are welcome. Wear appropriate footwear for walking. Limited space: max 20 participants for each workshop
