Evaluation

I understand that if funding is awarded I will be expected to:

brand the event as Welcome to Wandsworth. including displaying provided materials
share evidence of project outcomes (e.g photos/videos/blog posts)
share any event details in advance to be listed as part of borough-wide school activity during London Borough of Culture
collect monitoring data (e.g. participant numbers) (template provided)
complete a feedback form
where possible, celebrate any activity on social media and tag as Welcome to Wandsworth

Evaluation confirmation
