Ruth Phillips

Ruth Anna Phillips is a dynamic choreographer, movement director, and educator working across theatre, film, television, and live performance. With a background in theatre-making and a passion for storytelling through movement, she specialises in creating expressive, accessible choreography that empowers performers of all abilities.
Ruth is the founder of www.sizeinclusivity.org, advocating for body diversity in the arts, and an associate artist with SpeakUp Theatre. Her teaching spans major UK conservatoires, including LAMDA, Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Mountview, Guildhall, and The BRIT School. She also leads dance classes open to all designed to celebrate every body through movement.
