This website is run by Wandsworth Council. It is designed to be used by as many people as possible. The text should be clear and simple to understand.

We have identified the following issues which affect a small number of pages:

- Success Criterion AA 1.4.13: Content on Hover or Focus: Some of our page elements do not show focus on mouse hover which could affect users navigating by keyboard
- Success Criterion AA 1.4.11: Non-text Contrast - some of our form fields are not sufficiently contrast against the page.
We are acting on these issues and look to have them resolved by the end of December 2024.

We have undertaken an accessibility audit to discover issues with our site in relation to the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 18 November 2024. It was last reviewed on 26 November 2024.
This website was last tested in November 2024. The test was carried out by our Digital Team.
We took a sample of pages across the site that contained the essential functionality of the site; that reflected typical user journeys and the varying technologies in use and tested them against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2.
This test sample included: the homepage, landing pages and a cross-section of content pages containing unique features.
Each page was tested and checked with different browsers.
We used several tools to assist in the audit of our website:

- Chrome Screenreader
- W3C Markup Validation Service
- Adobe Acrobat Accessibility checker
Following the audit we have fixed several issues and have a programme of work to resolve those that remain.
