ACCESSIBILITY

Accessible Event Entrance

There are two public gates into the event. Due to fixed steps at the North Fountains Event Entrance we recommend that accessibility customers use the Bandstand Event Entrance that provides step-free access in and out of the event site.

Accessible Viewing Area

A limited number of tickets are available for the Accessible Viewing Area at the event. This is a reserved raised hardstanding area with views of the main performance stage. If you require access to our Accessible Viewing Platform, please fill in this form Strictly Wandsworth Accessibility after booking.

All Accessible Viewing Area bookers are automatically provided with an essential companion ticket within their booking. This companion will be provided access to the viewing area. To ensure as many people as possible who require the use of the raised viewing area can do so, only one companion is allowed in the area per person.

Those with tickets for the Accessible Viewing Area should access the event via the Bandstand Event Entrance, an approximate 500-700m distance through the park from the main park gates (gate used and route dependent). From the event entrance they will be able to follow a hardstanding path to the Accessible Viewing Area. The route to the area is approximately 200m from the Bandstand Event Entrance.

Blue Badge Parking

Pre-bookable Blue Badge Parking spaces are available first come first served via this form Strictly Wandsworth Accessibility.

Once applications are approved, parking permission will be provided in the Albert Gate Carpark an approximate 600m walk from the accessible event entrance at the bandstand. A golf buggy shuttle service will operate during the event hours between the Albert Gate Carpark to the event site.

General Event Accessibility

Strictly Wandsworth is a fully open-air event that will take place on a mix of hardstanding and grassy areas. There is no seating and audience members will be allowed to stand throughout. Large screens will be in place left and right of the main stage so customers can view all the action from around the audience area. There will still be several thousand people in attendance so the event may feel busy for some.

Event Entrance: the accessible event entrance is located at the Bandstand Event Entrance and is approximately 500-700m from the main park gates along hardstanding paths.

Accessible Toilets: Accessible toilets will be available in the main toilet area of the event.
