Come and learn and sing together songs of the high seas in a supportive group. All levels of ability and experience welcome!
This gathering in warm comradeship, of men 45+ with lived experience of mental health and/or social isolation challenges, joins together each Tuesday, 11am-12:30pm, to learn and sing traditional sea-shanty songs, incorporating participant-devised lyrics.
