This series of art workshops has been designed to benefit mental health and wellbeing, social cohesion, access to arts and culture, and to fight social isolation. Join us to explore your creativity and express yourself in new ways through art-making. You do not need any experience, so even if this is your first time trying your hand at art, we'd love to have you!

Different art projects are on offer each week, run by experienced artists and art therapists. The workshops allow you time to explore art making and materials, with an opportunity to show your work in an exhibition later in the year. Art & Soul has been providing arts for wellbeing workshops, events and exhibitions for people of all ages experiencing mental health challenges in South-West London since 1998.

The workshops will also culminate in a week-long exhibition in September 2026.
