Also known as children's writer Kate Elizabeth Ernest, Dr Velma McClymont is an author, poet, activist, and academic who grew up in Battersea and found inspiration in Battersea's reference library. Join her as she reads from her most recent poety collection, 'Walk-Foot Woman' and other poems, as well as her prose which includes her recent historical novel, 'Little River', and her children's books. Booking required. Free refreshments will be served.
