Sounds of Sanctuary: Resolution, Relaxation and Realisation

Date
Sat 7 Jun 2025

Sound or vibration is the most powerful force in the universe

Music is an art, some say a divine art, that can be used not only for pleasure but as a path to self-realization. Goethe described music as “liquid architecture” and “architecture as frozen music”. With Sounds of Sanctuary, we’d like to help send you on a meditative journey to find resolution, relaxation and realisation. Come and experience the beautiful environment of All Saints Church, Tooting, with its amazing acoustics with many instruments - sound bowls , gongs, flute, harmonium and others. Sounds of Sanctuary invites listeners to find their personal haven of calmness in the noise of life, creating a safe space to contemplate, find peace and to let go. Once you’ve found unity of spirit, mind and body, you will be open to think, feel and know. Bring comfortable cushions; there is sufficient space to allow listeners to relax and to dive into the power of sound.
