A Storytelling Masterclass with Tim Ralphs

Join British Award for Storytelling Excellence winner Tim Ralphs for this full day storytelling masterclass. You will be able to develop your skills of building a rapport with an audience, of making stories more vivid and discover tools to help with the tricky task of preparing and learning a tale. What words to say? How to say them? What gestures to make? As the tale comes alive between teller and listener these decisions are made too fast for any conscious awareness. A participatory workshop for which you will need to bring a story that you know well enough to work on without having to stretch to remember the plot, characters and places
Ideally it should have different episodes that give you a choice of scenes to work on. During this masterclass you will work in pairs, small groups and individually and you will have a thoroughly engaging time!
