Wandsworth Council Green Plaque: Frances Margaret Taylor

All welcome to celebrate the installation of this Wandsworth Council Green Plaque commemorating the contributions of Frances Margaret Taylor (1832-1900): religious sister, philanthropist, writer, and founding Sister of the order of the Poor Servants of the Mother of God.
Following speeches, readings, and performances, there will be an optional short tour of the convent Chapel led by the order's archivist, Paul Shaw. Booking is not required for either the plaque celebration or tour, but please note numbers are limited for the latter.
The plaque is funded by the National Heritage Lottery Fund as part of Wandsworth's year as London Borough of Culture.
