(Un)Buried Alive
(Un)Buried Alive is a participatory audio project for anyone who lives or works in Wandsworth.
Taking inspiration from ’Buried Alive’ Arnold Bennett’s early 20th Century novel which features famous artist, Priam Farll, happily disappearing into Putney under an assumed identity as well Maria Oshodi’s audio dramatisation of the work.
Focussing on ideas of happiness, joy and self identity, we’re keen to find out the answer to the following question:
‘Where in the borough of Wandsworth do you feel most yourself or at your happiest?’
We want to create an audio map and walk of everyday places that matter to you, throughout Wandsworth. It can be about anywhere that you love, including your local park, favourite bus stop, the charity shop with all the good stuff, or even your own sofa.
You can send us a voice note to [javascript protected email address] or to get in touch with us to find out more information about the project.
