Fabric of Freedom

Sound Minds artists in partnership with 'Bridging Minds', a BAME group of service users, their families and carers, present an exhibition at their Bloom Gallery space. 

The Sound Minds artists present Fabric of Freedom, a collaborative textile-based exhibition reflecting on the theme of freedom, drawing upon personal experience, both within the local community and wider cultural context. 

Following a series of printing workshops, studio participants have created a colourful and engaging multi-layered mosaic of prints, showing how the freedom of creativity can positively influence our sense of identity and related well-being. 

Join us for our celebration event on Tuesday 10th June, 5-7pm to meet the artists, sharing their personal vision of freedom, accompanied by themed live music and refreshments.
