The Summer Showcase is an exhibition of members works of Arts and Crafts.

Sprout Community Arts came into being as a pop-up, when a group of local artists transformed a defunct greengrocers' shop into a space which has since been in constant use for a minimum of five days out of seven, for twelve months of the year. Sprout is a not-for-profit organisation, staffed 100% by volunteers. The programme is predominately successive exhibitions by artists working in a variety of media, some solo, some in groups. A minimum of three Open Exhibitions take place each year, introducing new members to our public. A selection of original artists' cards, unframed works, and a variety of "gifts" are available throughout all and December offers our highly successful Christmas Market introducing Makers and local creative businesses a further opportunity to serve our public.
