Paradise Cooperative
Tales of the Earth: Storytelling for Connection and Change
Date
Sun 22 Jun 2025
Storytelling has long been a way for people to connect, share wisdom,
and preserve cultural heritage. At Paradise Cooperative’s community
garden, we invite you to join us for a storytelling session that will
explore our connections to nature, community, and the world we want to
build.
This event will facilitate opportunities for participants to share stories
about their experiences with nature and the environment. You’ll also
have the chance to express your thoughts through creative storytelling,
whether through spoken word, art, or both.
The session will be interactive and inclusive, encouraging participants to
listen, reflect, and create together. It’s a space for sharing,
learning, and connecting with others in meaningful ways. Whether
you’re an experienced storyteller or simply interested in listening
and reflecting, we welcome you to be part of this creative gathering.
This event is open to ages 13 and over. Younger participants (13-17) can
join alongside adults, but please note that we will not be providing
separate activities for children, and they must be supervised at all times.
This is a wonderful opportunity for people to connect across generations and
backgrounds.
