The Avenue Cookery School

We are a family-run cookery school based in our charming kitchen in Wandsworth. Designed and built by the family, our fully equipped kitchen offers the warm, welcoming feel of stepping into our home. Led by the dynamic trio of Diana and her two children, Sophie and Rich, our business is a true family affair, Diana leads the team, with Rich as head chef and Sophie, alongside her husband Niv, managing operations. Our mission is to teach people of all ages and abilities an understanding of food while having a blast! Known as ‘The Most Fun Cookery School in London,’ we encourage creativity in the kitchen, moving away from cookbook dependency. Love, enthusiasm, and a relaxed atmosphere are at the heart of everything we do. With 80+ classes, from short, sociable public sessions and immersive 1- & 2-week courses to corporate events, private hens, kids' parties, and online masterclasses, we’ve got something for everyone.
